These sweet little alpacas were hand knitted in Peru, official home of the alpaca!  Alpacas are indigenous to the Peruvian Andes. Since pre-Inca times, they were and still are part of the culture, and an integral part of everyday life in the Andean region.  We love to be able to bring a little piece of Peru to our farm store, to remind our alpacas of their roots.

These knitted alpacas have a loop of yarn so you can hang them as ornaments.  But you could remove that and enjoy the little guys as cute little toys too!
